It is a leading crude oil midstream service provider in the Permian Basin, partnering with its customers to provide reliable service, substantial connectivity, operational flexibility, and access to markets.

Plains serves as operator of the joint venture, which includes approximately 5,500 pipeline miles, 6.8 million barrels per day of pipeline capacity, and 16.9 million barrels of operational storage capacity. The combined system serves over four million acres of multi-decade drilling inventory, in addition to supply and facilities dedications. Plains’ long-haul pipeline systems and certain of its intra-basin terminal assets are not included within the joint venture.
