General Terms and Conditions (GTC's), are general and special arrangements, provisions, requirements, rules, specifications, and standards that form an integral part of an agreement or contract.

The GTC's listed on our website apply to Crude, NGL and Gas products registered under Plains Midstream Canada ULC. Together with the contracted specific provisions, these GTC's constitute the agreement between both parties.
