Our Approach to Sustainability
Our approach to sustainability is rooted in our company Values of Safety and Environmental Stewardship, Accountability, Ethics and Integrity, and Respect and Fairness. We believe continuous improvement of the practices guiding how we manage our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance is not only good business, but it’s the right thing to do.
Our sustainability strategy is centered on three objectives:
- Building long-term relationships of trust among stakeholders
- Managing operating and business risks and minimizing environmental impacts
- Leveraging our people, assets and systems to maximize long-term value
